1. Use of Site and Services

You agree to use our website and data products only for lawful purposes. You may not use our content or leads for spamming, harassment, or illegal activity of any kind.

2. Product Delivery

All lead packs are delivered digitally via instant download after payment. You are responsible for providing a valid email address at checkout. If you do not receive your file, please contact support@sympleads.com.

3. Licensing and Usage

All data products and lead files sold by Sympl Leads are licensed for use by the original purchaser only. Redistribution, resale, repackaging, or public sharing of any part of our data — including modified versions — is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to monitor for unauthorized distribution and take legal action against any individual or entity found reselling or misusing our products. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Posting our data in Discord, Slack, or Facebook groups
• Re-uploading or reselling through lead marketplaces
• Offering our leads as part of a service without a commercial license

Violators will be permanently banned from future purchases and may face legal action, including financial damages.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. If you believe there has been an error in your order, reach out to support@sympleads.com and we’ll work to resolve it.

5. Accuracy and Liability

We strive to provide high-quality, verified data — but we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or outcomes from its use. You acknowledge that real estate outcomes are dependent on many factors outside our control.

We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or misuse of our data.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, data structure, branding, and product materials are the intellectual property of Sympl Leads. Unauthorized copying or use may result in legal action.
